Thanks for repping Badfella. All orders ship out of Australia. Please read the below carefully before placing your order - by checking out you agree to these terms.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.
Standard processing time is 1-2 business days from when your order is placed. During new drops, sale periods, or restocks, processing may take slightly longer - we’ll let you know on the product page or via email if that’s the case.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a separate dispatch email with your tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide via Australia Post International. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. International orders are limited to 3 kg per parcel - if your order exceeds this, please contact us before purchasing.

International delivery times are estimates only and do not include customs clearance, which can add several days to weeks depending on your country.
Tracking Your Order
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate once you receive the email.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, GST/VAT or brokerage fees charged by their local authorities on arrival. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are outside our control.
If you refuse to pay duties and your parcel is returned to us, you’ll be refunded for the product only - original shipping, return shipping, and any fees charged by the carrier will be deducted.
We’re legally required to declare the full value of your order on customs paperwork. We cannot mark orders as “gift” or undervalue them.
Delivery Delays
Delivery time estimates are provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delays can be caused by:
• High volume periods (drops, sales, holidays)
• Carrier delays or service disruptions
• Customs processing for international orders
• Severe weather or natural events
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we’ll investigate it with Australia Post.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It’s your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including unit/apartment numbers and correct postcode.
If you spot a mistake, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch. We can’t guarantee changes after this window.
Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address, an incomplete address, or because they were unclaimed will be refunded for the product only. If you want the parcel reshipped, you’ll need to cover the new shipping fee.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international), email us and we’ll lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf. Please get in touch within 30 days of dispatch for us to investigate a lost parcel claim.
Parcels Marked “Delivered” But Not Received
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you don’t have it, please:
• Check with neighbours, building managers, or your local post office.
• Check around your property for safe-drop locations.
• Contact Australia Post on 13 76 78 with your tracking number to lodge an investigation.
Once a parcel is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to the customer. We can help you lodge a claim with Australia Post, but we’re not able to issue refunds or replacements for parcels confirmed as delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, email us at orders@badfellaco.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item(s) and the packaging
• A description of the issue
We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible - replacement, exchange, or refund depending on availability.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
We ship to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers for domestic orders. Express deliveries to PO Boxes may take slightly longer.
