Refund policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns requested outside this window will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Email returns@badfellaco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for return
  • A clear photo (especially if the item is faulty or damaged)

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship anything back before receiving return authorisation — unauthorised returns may not be processed.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
  • In original condition with all tags still attached
  • Returned in original packaging where possible
  • Free from any signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, makeup, smoke or pet hair

We reserve the right to refuse any return that doesn’t meet these conditions, or to issue a partial refund.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Items marked as final sale or sold during clearance / sample sale events are sold as-is. Please double-check sizing and fit before purchasing these.

The following are also non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  •  Items not in original condition

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when posting your return — Badfella is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Keep your tracking number until your return is processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether it’s been approved.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method
  • Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item)

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at returns@badfellaco.com

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size or piece you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This way you don’t miss out if stock is low.

If you’d specifically like an exchange, mention this in your return email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability - if we can’t fulfil your exchange, we’ll process a refund instead.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at returns@badfellaco.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (including the tag and any packaging)
  •  A description of the fault

In these cases, Badfella will cover the cost of return postage and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund - your choice, subject to stock.

International Returns

The 30-day window and all conditions above also apply to international returns. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and any associated fees. We recommend marking returned parcels clearly as “Returned Goods” on customs paperwork to avoid extra duties on our end.

Sale Items (Non-Final Sale)

Items purchased on sale that are not marked as final sale are returnable under the standard policy. Refunds will be issued at the discounted price paid.
